Description:
Originally a small bungalow 1200 sqft on a sloping plot. The new dwellings floor area is 2380 sqft, built in a classic rectory style. The property comprises of a living room, large kitchen, study, WC, hall, utility and double garage on the ground floor. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor, two with contemporary ensuites and a main bathroom. This was a particularly awkward site due to the slope and in all over 800 tons of soil were removed.
