About Us
We have a wide spectrum of clients ranging from householders to commercial enterprises, entailing small extensions, houses to large commercial buildings.
We formed the company in 2020 having previously worked in the design - construction industry since 1990 giving us valuable knowledge within the industry. The company was created by the owners Gary Adlem & Daniel Kemp who decided to combine their experience & knowledge to form Adlem & Kemp Ltd.

We pride ourselves on visualising the potential for each property/land and strive to make each project personal and unique. We have a proactive, pragmatic approach to the design process understanding the client’s needs against aesthetically pleasing design. Clients aspirations are at the forefront of what we do, and we strive to translate their ideas into a reality which will provide a lasting legacy.
The Team
Gary Adlem
Director
Gary started off his own business in 2006 concentrating on small design projects and project management. This quickly developed into larger projects and specialised in gaining approval for small residential schemes along with domestic extensions.
Zoe Hickson
Administrator & Marketing
Zoe joined the company at the beginning when Adlem & Kemp first formed. Her knowledge of social media & marketing combined with her proactive nature has been vital for driving the company forward.
Annabel Kemp
Marketing & Website
Annabel joined the company in 2022 assisting in marketing & website content for the company.
Daniel Kemp
Director
Daniel joined Gary in 2016 and brought his skills in engineering to the company. Since then he has imersed himself in Architectural Design & Planning Knowledge, expanding his abilites within the industry.
Charlie Adlem
Part-Time Designer
Charlie works along side the company assisting with the design process on various projects. From a young age charlie has enjoyed the challenges designing presents and loves overcoming them.
Trees
We are proud to be supporting the National Forest with a donation, for every approved planning application, towards the creation and management of new woodlands in the National Forest.
